| This fine decorative plate measures 9 1/2" in diameter and 1 1/2" deep. It has no wear,chips,scratches or restoration. The mark has a line through it indicating a second quality but we can't denote why. There is a 1/2" reticulated border that has hand painted gold and blue accents. The all over floral design is also hand painted and extremely well executed. This plate is beautiful! | ||
